《时空旅行表APP》 用户协议

本《用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）是您（以下简称“用户”）与我们（以下简称“服务提供方”）之间就使用服务提供方提供的APP软件服务（以下简称“本服务”）所订立的协议。在您使用本服务前，请仔细阅读本协议的全部内容，特别是其中涉及的免除或者限制服务提供方责任的条款、对用户权利限制条款等重要内容。除非您接受本协议所有条款，否则您无权使用本服务。您的使用行为将视为您对本协议全部内容的接受。
一、服务内容本服务的具体内容由服务提供方根据实际情况提供，包括但不限于文本、图片等内容。服务提供方提供的服务可能会受到影响或者受到限制，包括但不限于地理位置、设备网络、软硬件等原因。服务提供方可能会根据实际情况对服务进行变更、暂停、终止或者限制。
二、用户首次连接设备“时空旅行表”时会自动生成一个账号，用于功能使用时的代表用户名和头像，用户可以更改账号、头像和添加手机号（用于与设备“时空旅行表”断开连接时登录“找车”功能时密码，不添加代表无密码），该账号仅供购买设备“时空旅行表”用户个人使用，用户不得转让、出借或分享给他人使用。用户在使用服务提供方提供的服务时应遵守本协议，对所注册的账号和密码项下的一切活动负全部责任。用户发现任何非法使用用户账号或安全漏洞的情况，应立即通知服务提供方。
三、用户行为规范用户在使用本服务时，应遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规和本协议。用户在使用本服务时不得从事以下行为：（1）发布违反国家法律法规、政策以及侵犯他人合法权益的信息；（2）利用本服务进行违法犯罪活动；（3）对本服务进行恶意攻击、干扰、破坏；（4）其他违反法律法规、侵犯他人合法权益的行为。用户应当遵守与本服务相关的其他协议和规则。用户在使用本服务时应遵守网络道德，不得传播淫秽色情、赌博、暴力恐怖等违反社会公共秩序的信息。
四、用户隐私保护服务提供方非常重视对用户隐私的保护，保护用户隐私是服务提供方的一项基本政策。服务提供方将采取技术手段和其他必要措施，保护用户的个人信息安全。用户同意，服务提供方有权收集用户的非个人隐私数据，以提升服务质量和改善用户体验。服务提供方将不会公开或透露用户的个人隐私信息，除非：（1）用户同意让第三方共享信息；（2）用户同意公开其个人信息，享受第三方提供的产品和服务；（3）根据法律法规的规定或有权机关要求提供用户的个人隐私信息。
五、知识产权保护本服务包含的全部内容，包括但不限于文字、图片、图形、音频、视频等，均受到知识产权法律的保护。用户不得以任何方式非法使用本服务中的任何内容，未经服务提供方或相关权利人的书面许可，用户不得复制、修改、传播、出售或者为任何商业目的使用本服务中的任何内容。用户在使用本服务中发布的任何内容，应保证拥有相应的知识产权或者已获得合法授权，否则将承担相应的法律责任。
六、责任限制，用户理解并同意，由于网络服务的特殊性，服务提供方不保证服务不会受中断，不保证服务的及时性和安全性。用户理解并同意，服务提供方对于由于不可抗力或其他任何情形导致用户数据损失、丢失或服务停止的，不承担责任。用户理解并同意，在任何情况下，服务提供方不对由于用户自身原因导致的任何损失负责。用户理解并同意，服务提供方不对用户在使用本服务过程中产生的任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊及结果性损害承担责任。
七、其他条款本协议适用中华人民共和国法律法规。若本协议的任何条款无效或不可执行，不影响其他条款的有效性和可执行性。本协议的解释、效力及争议解决均以服务提供方所在地的有管辖权的人民法院为第一审管辖法院。
本协议中的标题仅为方便阅读而设，不影响本协议的含义或解释。请您仔细阅读并理解本协议的所有内容。如果您不同意本协议的任何内容，请您停止使用本服务。若您对本协议有任何疑问，可随时与服务提供方联系。感谢您的支持和理解！

"TTCARWATCH APP" User Agreement
Version: Rev01, Update Date: December 1st, 2023
This "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and us (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") regarding the use of the APP software services provided by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Before using the Service, please carefully read all of the contents of this Agreement, especially the important contents involving the exclusion or limitation of the Service Provider's liability, the restrictions on User rights, etc. Unless you accept all of the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Service. Your use of the Service will be deemed as your acceptance of all of the contents of this Agreement.
I. Service ContentThe specific content of the Service is provided by the Service Provider based on actual conditions, including but not limited to text, images, etc. The Service provided by the Service Provider may be affected or restricted due to various reasons, including but not limited to geographical location, device network, hardware and software, etc. The Service Provider may make changes, suspend, terminate or restrict the Service based on actual conditions.
II. User Account GenerationWhen a user connects to the "Time Travel Watch" device for the first time, an account will be automatically generated for representing the user name and avatar during functional use. Users can change their accounts, avatars and add phone numbers (used for logging in to the "Find Car" function when disconnected from the "Time Travel Watch" device. Not adding a phone number indicates no password). This account is only for personal use by the user who purchased the "Time Travel Watch" device. Users are not allowed to transfer, lend or share their accounts with others. Users shall abide by this Agreement when using the Service provided by the Service Provider and shall be fully responsible for all activities registered under their accounts and passwords. Users shall immediately notify the Service Provider if they discover any illegal use of their accounts or security vulnerabilities.
III. User Behavior SpecificationUsers shall abide by relevant laws, regulations and this Agreement when using the Service. Users are not allowed to engage in any of the following behaviors: (1) Publishing information that violates national laws, regulations and policies or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others; (2) Using the Service for illegal or criminal activities; (3) carry out malicious attacks, interfere with, or disrupt the services; (4) Other behaviors that violate laws, regulations or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others. Users shall abide by other agreements and rules related to the Service. Users shall abide by network ethics and shall not spread obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent or terrorist information that violates social public order when using the Service.
IV. User Privacy ProtectionThe Service Provider attaches great importance to protecting user privacy and considers it a basic policy. The Service Provider will adopt technical measures and other necessary measures to protect users' personal information security. Users agree that the Service Provider has the right to collect users' non-personal privacy data to improve service quality and user experience. The Service Provider will not disclose or disclose users' personal privacy information unless: (1) Users agree to share information with third parties; (2) Users agree to disclose their personal information and enjoy products and services provided by third parties; (3) The Service Provider is required to provide users' personal privacy information under laws, regulations or orders of competent authorities.
V. Intellectual Property ProtectionAll contents of this Service, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, video, etc., are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to use any content in this Service in any way without obtaining written permission from the Service Provider or relevant right holders. Users are not allowed to copy, modify, spread, sell or use any content in this Service for any commercial purposes without permission. When using this Service, users should ensure that any content they publish has corresponding intellectual property rights or has obtained legal authorization. Otherwise, they will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
VI. Limitation of Liability，Users understand and agree that due to the the peculiarity of network services, the Service Provider cannot guarantee that the Service will not be interrupted or that it will be secure and timely. Users understand and agree that the Service Provider is not responsible for any data loss, loss or service cessation caused by force majeure or other circumstances, and cannot guarantee continuous operation of the Service. Users understand and agree that under any circumstances, the Service Provider is not responsible for any losses caused by users' own reasons. Users understand and agree that the Service Provider is not responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, special or consequential damage caused by users' use of this Service.
VII. Other Terms, This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other clauses. The interpretation, effectiveness, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be subject to the first instance jurisdiction of the people's court where the service provider is located. 
The titles in this agreement are only for the convenience of reading and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this agreement. Please read and understand all the contents of this agreement carefully. If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, please stop using this service.
